DMCA Policy

1. Introduction

Asha Webtech IT Solution Pvt Ltd ("Lead Mappo," "we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") and other applicable copyright laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

3. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our platform, please notify our DMCA Agent. For your notice to be effective, it must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on our platform;
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address);
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number;
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found);
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

5. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  • Notify the user who posted the material of the takedown;
  • Provide the user with information about filing a counter-notification;
  • Terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

6. Response to Counter-Notification

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:

  • Promptly provide the original complainant with a copy of the counter-notification;
  • Inform the complainant that we will restore the removed material in 10-14 business days;
  • Restore the removed material unless the complainant files a court action against the user.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A "repeat infringer" is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had content removed from our platform more than twice. We reserve the right to terminate any user account at any time for copyright infringement.

8. Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
